My philosophy is to do my absolute best to help my clients achieve a balanced state of health and wellbeing, while also teaching them the skills to maintain it throughout their lives. Health and wellbeing are derived from actually living your life in a balanced harmonious way, which is also the best medicine as it prevents poor health from occurring. Acupuncture is one of the most exquisite tools to help regain your health.

I have gained extensive clinical experience treating a wide variety of conditions, this has enabled me to achieve excellent results with my treatment approach, which is firmly rooted in the deep well of knowledge held in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), while also incorporating latest scientific research into acupuncture.

My client list is extensive and includes many well known personalities from the world of Film, TV, Theatre, and includes also many people working in the medical profession.  This indicates the broad and growing appeal of acupuncture throughout society.

Additional Experience

I have taught Tai Chi and Qi Gong for health, while more recently I have with my colleague Cathriona Edwards facilitated a one day course in the practice and understanding of mindfulness.

I have also recently developed a mindfulness course which is run once weekly over six weeks. This is a very rewarding and fulfilling addition to my practice as it allows my clients to reap the benefits of Mindfulness Based stress reduction (MBSR) which is now scientifically validated.
